Mix the following first:
1. One cup (the size of adult fist) almond meal (flour)
2. One table spoon of flaxseed meal (ground
flaxseed)
3. Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
4. Baking soda (NaHCO3) 1/2 teaspoon [plus 1/2 teaspoon of yeast powder if available].
1. 3 eggs
2. Cream cheese (100 gm)
3. Coconut oil (1 - 2 tablespoon depending on your taste)
Add the mixture to the above flour and continue stirring until well-mixed.
Put 1 table spoon of butter into the container (bread cup) & heat it in the oven (150 degrees Celsius) for about 5 min. This will make the bread easier to come out after baking. Pour the above mixture into the container and bake at 150 degrees C for 40 min. The way to make sure bread is done: push a wooden stick (e.g. tooth pick) into the bread & withdraw. If flour mixture does not stick to the stick (i.e. stick comes out clean) bread is done.
